How We Helped Sandy Regain Her Confident Smile

I realized that if we placed final implant restorations without correcting the upper teeth position, she'd be locked into that flared position permanently. We needed a smarter approach.

Our Conservative Yet Effective Treatment Plan

What sets our practice apart is our balance of efficiency and conservation. I believe there's no better alternative than your own natural teeth – as long as they're healthy and stable. Many implant clinics rush to extract teeth unnecessarily, but that's not our philosophy.

For Sandy's Upper Teeth:

  1. Invisalign Treatment: We closed the gaps and aligned her teeth without removing them

  2. Zoom Whitening: We used our night white 16% formula, which works beautifully with Invisalign aligners as bleaching trays

  3. Gentle Contouring: We carefully reshaped the chipped areas without removing precious enamel

  4. Crown Replacement: We matched new crowns to her freshly whitened teeth

I prefer our sustained whitening approach because it causes minimal sensitivity while achieving remarkable results – Sandy whitened over four shades, resulting in a natural-looking, age-appropriate brightness.
